I recently purchased 3 batteries. The prices were excellent and the customer service was above and beyond. The guys were very friendly and helpful as I needed help installing my battery. I was very impressed. We had purchased batteries here before the name change and always satisfied. If you are in need of a battery, no need to look or price anything out anywhere else.This is the only place you need to consider.

The pre-sales experience was phenomenal. I dealt mostly with Harnoor B. He made sure that all my technical questions were answered; if he didn't know the answer, he would involve other technicians as required. It was nice to discuss/understand the features and limitations of the solution I was planning to implement prior to purchasing. Harnoor made sure that I had everything I would need to complete my inverter project; along with assurances he is just a phone call away to help with any questions or problems that may arise during installation/use. I would definitely buy from them again!

Visited Garrison at Canadian Energy Red Deer to buy a quad battery. Best price, I shopped around. Great wealth of knowledge and excellent customer service. You should not buy any battery anywhere else.

Great experience, Brad was awesome and very knowledgable. I was extremely impressed with how competitive their prices are. Over all I would highly recommend Canadian Energy. If you're in a jam request Brad he was an absolute delight to deal with.

Knowledgeable staff, decently priced and good selection but if you try to collect on a warranty claim they give you every excuse they can not to honor it. My battery started failing less than a year after purchase so I took it in and was told it wasn't bad enough according to their tests even though half the systems in vehicle were not working properly and I was getting warnings about a battery failure. Even had independent testing done to confirm it was the battery and not my vehicle. Ended up buying a name brand one and haven't had an issue since.

Service above and beyond. We needed a marine battery and tried Canadian Tire first, but they wouldn't provide curbside service (citing paperwork issues), so we phoned Canadian Energy. They were friendly, incredibly helpful, and gave us a better price. And they had no problem with curbside service for my at risk (for Covid 19) husband. Thank-you Ian!

We started using Xtrapower in 2009 and have had a good experience with their reconditioned batteries as well new. They have been a pleasure to work with. They have stood behind their work and have made it right on those few occasions that we had a failure even when the end user was to blame. Thanks Fred and crew.

I had done my research and I was moving forward with some electrical upgrades to my 2015 Wildcat Maxx 24RG trailer. I needed to stop by Canadian Energy in Kamloops and talk to someone about my batteries as a last step. I didn’t realize that Ian at Canadian Energy would be the ONLY guy I needed to talk to and that Canadian Energy would be able to supply me with ALL the products I would need for this project. After a few more phone calls and emails with Ian (an RV guru) as well as him drawing me up more than one wiring schematic, I was able to install a host of electrical upgrades. This included a second solar panel plus MPPT charge controller, transfer switch, smart charger, battery monitor and an inverter. AND in the end everything worked!I had no idea my local battery store was so capable! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ian and Canadian Energy to any and all RV owners who are considering any type of electrical upgrades to their RV. Their knowledge, expertise and friendly nature put me at ease for what I considered to be quite a daunting project.
